«Uncharted Play was founded in May 2011 as a new kind of social enterprise based on play and the joy of life, which would show the world how play can be a tangible tool to inspire social invention» commented Matthews✨.
The SOCCKET is capable of generating clean energy for small appliances, harnessing kinetic energy and converting it into electrical energy, which can be of benefit to communities that do not have it.

Both the company and Matthews seek to spread sustainable and innovative ideas among children and young people. They also aim to distribute 50,000 SOCCKETS in 10 countries in a period of 6 months
